Temperature Range of Thermostat Wire for BBQ Grills

Operating Temperature:
The working temperature of a BBQ grill typically ranges from 100°C to 300°C (varies depending on the model). The thermostat wire must be able to withstand this high-temperature environment.

Selection Principle:
The maximum heat resistance of the thermostat wire should exceed the actual operating temperature of the grill. For example, it is recommended to select wires with a heat resistance of above 300°C.

Note:
In charcoal grilling or high-temperature mode, localized temperatures may be even higher. Therefore, it's important to choose wires with an adequate safety margin to ensure stable performance and long service life.
